Sales Administrator

Job Summary

Position provides administrative support to two group publishers with a focus on generating sales reports, acting as the day-to-day sales support contact for sales managers and sales staff. Full-time position with competitive salary and benefits package.

Job Functions

• Performs administrative tasks as directed with emphasis on sales support

• Acts as point person on day-to-day basis with sales staff, centralized service departments and executive management

• Leverages internal customer relationship management system, including entering/correcting data, generating reports, tracking sales pipelines, creating/executing customer communications, etc., to support sales teams and publishers

• Provides customer service to advertisers as needed

• Acts as liaison for editors with sales and group publishers on projects and day-today communications

Job Requirements

• Ability to work as a member of a team

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Ability to complete projects within deadlines

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word

• Good communication skills, both oral and written

• Ability to organize and prioritize work

• Ability to handle confidential information

• Good interpersonal skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in communications or related field preferred plus one to two years’ experience
