Teledyne Leeman Labs, a producer of quality analytical instruments, has the following position available:

Essential Functions: Take customer orders for replacement parts and consumable items. Answer customer inquiries on pricing and availability for parts, and provide written quotations. Enter telephone, fax and written orders into order entry system. Track shipments for customers and field engineers.

The ideal candidate must have good telephone and customer skills. The ability to work in a fast aced environment, computer literate and to be able to read and comprehend written instructions.

Previous customer service experience preferred
