Minimum of 8 years HR related experience, including 5 years of progressively responsible management experience; experience working with self-insured benefits plans; experience working in a union environment; excellent interpersonal communications skills; strong organizational, policy development and conflict resolution skills; budget development; knowledge of applicable federal and state employment/labor laws; computer literacy; Bachelor’s Degree in Human Relations, Public Administration or related field required; Master’s Degree in Human Resources preferred.
