Tool Room Engineering Manager

We are a Southern New Hampshire plastics company looking for a motivated self-starter to provide technical leadership to Designers and both manual and CNC Machinists; create travelers from blueprints; schedule work through the shop to meet customer delivery dates and to maximize utilization of work centers and unattended equipment; provide budgetary hours for quotes; order materials and tooling; ensure that tooling and programs are in queue; follow up with in-process operations; publish daily work in progress and manage miscellaneous administrative tasks as required.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership capabilities, at least 5 years of machine shop experience in an engineering or supervisory role and be familiar with the us of CAD/CAM software packages. Must have good communication (written and oral) skills and the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
